The Center partners with Capital Workforce Partners to provide Hartford’s youth the Summer Youth Employment and Learning Program. This program is a tier structured 5-6 week, summer “work and learn” experience in July and August designed for students between grades 8 and 12. Through a structured, tiered approach to “learning and working,” the future workforce is better equipped to be successful in secondary education and career.
