Accent Modification Training

Individual group classes by the completion of the course, clients gain at least a 50% improvement in their ability to be understood. No matter how long a person has been speaking English, he/she can benefit from accent modification.

E-Workplace Basic Skills provides Effective, Essential, ESL instruction using workplace related curricula with a vocational focus and coupled with civics.

Latino Civic Engagement Academy

The Latino Civic Engagement Academy prepares Latinos to navigate the road to leadership in a variety of sectors and at the same time develop advocacy skills. The program consists of a series of workshops focused on understanding the inner workings of public and private systems in order to determine the best methods to affect policy change

Summer Youth Employment and Learning Program

This program includes classroom and on-the-job training and compensation. Its curriculum includes workshops in career counseling, time management, leadership development, diversity management, computer basics, language, analytical skills, and math. The on-the-job training component takes place in various nonprofit agencies within the city and private corporations

Digital Connectors Program at The Center

It prepares tomorrow’s leaders through technology training and community service, serving as technology ambassadors for their communities. The program includes 12 Core Competencies, including Leadership & Diversity, Digital Literacy, Media Production & Civic Journalism, Financial Literacy, and Service & Global Engagement. This program is for youth between the ages of 16 to 19.

Adult Education @Work Network Provider

CPRF is a certified AE Network Provider.  We provide customized workforce education services to meet the needs of your business and your employees.

We will help your institutional needs with a tailored program that provides your workers with basic skills necessary to work safely, communicate effectively, understand training materials, and respond to organizational change.  Areas of services are:
